Delivery areas
We ship to mainland Spain and Portugal. The cost is shown during checkout.
Order preparation time
At MediActiv we prepare and dispatch your order quickly: usually within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery time
Once dispatched, please allow 2 to 3 additional working days for your parcel to be transported by Nacex:
- 48 hours in mainland Spain.
- 72 hours (approximately) in Portugal.
The carrier makes two delivery attempts; the second one is arranged with the recipient. If delivery cannot be completed, you can collect your order at your nearest convenience point.
My Preferred Delivery
With Nacex’s My Preferred Delivery notification and management service you will be informed of your parcel’s arrival and will be able to change the delivery day and/or time, request alternative deliveries (authorising a concierge or neighbour) or ask for collection at a convenience point.
