Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase. The product must be returned unopened, intact and in its original condition, so that it can be resold. Opened, used or damaged products are not accepted.

Who pays for the return?

In the event of withdrawal, return costs are, in principle, borne by the customer. However, in practice MediActiv provides you with a prepaid label if you process the return through our customer service.

How to process your return

To obtain your prepaid label and start the procedure, email contact@skinmediactiv.com stating your order number. To speed things up, please also tell us:

• The product you wish to return.
• Whether the product has been opened or used.
• The date you received the parcel.

We will confirm the exact eligibility for a refund.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original condition (complete and new); opened or damaged products are not accepted. Return costs are borne by the customer.
