3. Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in euros (€) with VAT included. Shipping costs are detailed on the Shipping & delivery page and are shown before you confirm your order.

4. Payment methods

5. Purchase process

The purchase process takes place in a few simple steps:

Selection and cart: add your products (serums, creams…) to your cart.
Validation: click the “Place order” button.
Delivery and payment: enter your details and choose your payment method. The pickup point is selected right after payment is validated.
Verification: before clicking “Confirm order”, check that the products, address and total price are correct. You can go back to edit your cart.
Confirmation: validating the order implies acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
Tracking: you will receive an order confirmation email and, as soon as the parcel is dispatched, a new message with the tracking link.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving the order to exercise your right of withdrawal. To do so, send your request to contact@skinmediactiv.com or through the “Contact” section. See the full conditions on Returns & exchanges.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Marseille (Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, France).
